NDIS Digital Skills Support
Helping participants build digital independence
Patient, one-on-one technology tutoring for NDIS participants in Alice Springs. I meet every client where they're at and help them build confidence with everyday technology.
My approach
Many NDIS participants need practical support with the digital tools that are part of daily life. Without the right help, these tasks become barriers to independence and autonomy.
Patient and empathic
No jargon, no rushing. I explain things as many times as needed and tailor every session to the client's pace.
Client-led
Sessions focus on what the participant actually needs — their goals, their devices, their life.
Building independence
The goal is always to help clients do things for themselves, not to create dependency on me.
Areas I can help with
Custom learning apps
I design and build custom digital literacy and learning apps for clients with specific needs — including tools for speech therapy, touch typing, and literacy development. If off-the-shelf apps don't fit, I can build something that does.
For support coordinators
I work as an unregistered NDIS provider with plan-managed and self-managed participants. Sessions can be billed under the Skills Development and Training line item.
Flexible delivery: In-person sessions in Alice Springs, remote sessions where appropriate, and group sessions or workshops for day programs and supported living environments.
Organisations I've worked with
Red Roo Digital partners with Good Things Foundation Australia on digital literacy programs, and hosts weekly free tech help sessions at Alice Springs Public Library.
